The Flood of Oligen Hollow

from the plot:
A torrential squall harasses Oligen Hollow, inspiring a myriad of creeks and streams to escape their banks and flood the small town of East Passwitch. There has not been a break in the deluge for nearly two weeks, and in the grayed haze of rain many young children have gone missing. Some are sure they have been swept away by the rising waters and some suspect foul play is at hand. The Hollow Witch Abelein had been helping the townsfolk by magicking their homes onto sets of very tall, animated moose legs, but she has since vanished as well. Our adventurers are hired to first find the children, and then possible root out whether the storm is natural or enchantment.
