Disembodied and bound to the Border Ethereal, ghosts use possession to merge with and influence mortals. They support their still-living allies from beyond the veil, averting disaster with their uncanny insight, wreathing hosts in eerie magic, and passing on hard-earned skills from former lifetimes.

Ghosts are bound by Unfinished Business, pursuits that tie them to the mortal world. The Unfinished Businesses presented here are: Duty Not Done, Malice Unsated, Mischief Not Managed, and Restless Blade. Whether you’re a warrior dishonored on the battlefield, a commoner killed in cold blood, a mentor who outlived their student, or a thief who died behind bars plotting one last heist, these subclasses will get you started on the path to an eventful afterlife.
