Description
The Great Chinese Railway Game was supposed to be a remake of Reiner Knizia's Stephenson's Rocket.
It was announced in the late 2000s, and would have a completely new map - a map of China instead of England - and some rule changes.
Players are building railroads and try to gain influence as stockholders in 7 different train companies.
The game was never released, and the map developed by Knizia's team was used in the 2017 Stephenson's Rocket release by Grail Games.
