The New Reality
I am going to make this as simple for you to understand as I can.
Imagine you are sat with your doctor, and he tells you that you have cancer. Not a nice thing to imagine I know but bear with me please. He tells you it is ok; it can be cut out easily and you will make a full recovery and your relief is tangible and overwhelming. Then there is a knock at the door and a man walks in and says he won't let you have the operation as the cancer has a right to live. You say that there has never been a human alive who thought that cancer had right, it is simply a disease that kills itself and its host through its insatiable appetite to grow. The doctor explains to him that if they don't remove the cancer, you will die and surely he does not advocate that? It is a death spiral that can only be stopped by its removal. He is unmoved, and states firmly, the cancer has rights, and he will fight for those rights and he will stop you removing it. You plead with him but he does not care and you know that you will never change his mind.
Now imagine that the planet Earth is the patient, and the human race is the cancer. And the death spiral is happening right now, as everything humans do is slowly, but most definitely, killing its host body. Are you going to stand there and let the polluters and industrialists say THEY have the right to kill the planet, even though you KNOW that will doom us all? Or will you help to fight the cancer, to cut it out piece by piece? Will you stop new nuclear power, will you stop the endless deforestation, will you fight those who seek to harm our Mother Earth for greed or so-called progress? This is the struggle we face today, only Earth First Always are willing to do what it takes to safeguard our future. Join us and be part of the solution.
