Description
The Halfling Quarter was founded when the nearby halfling village of North Fork was destroyed by an ogre attack a few decades ago, and the survivors sought refuge in the city. Over time, the neighborhood grew into a well-established community of the city. The neighborhood is populated mostly by halflings, but everyone is welcome. For this reason, tieflings, goblins, half-orcs, and others who feel unwelcome in other parts of the city are not an uncommon sight here.
