The Hearty Golddigger Tavern

The Hearty Golddigger is a tavern built in an old outpost. The tavern is popular amongst the local golddiggers who come there to gamble and drink their gold and gems.

The tavernkeeper is an old sailor who has connections to smugglers in a nearby city. The tavernkeeper uses their connections to smuggle gems and other goods (sometimes even people – dead or alive) in barrells through the underground river that runs under the outpost. The underground river flows into a boggy bay where the tavernkeeper's crew will collect the barrells and move them into ships waiting close by, or into the city through the sewer system.
