That being said, this module focuses on the hemomancy mechanics introduced by Matt Mercer with his Blood Hunter class, and expands it to races, magic items, spells, and much more.

Control your body and the one of your enemies, with the new Blood Mage class.

Become a monstrous, unnatural pig-like being or absorb the blood of your different enemies to change forms, with the Svino and Redcap races.

Or use one of the hundreds of new possibilities, with the Brudarum elf and Hemogoblin subraces, or any of the eight new subclasses for Barbarian, Cleric, Druid, Ranger or even the Blood Hunter.

And use any of the new dozens of feats, magic items, spells or blood curses to your advantage, mutating yourself and others to become a monstrous being, out for blood.
