The Albenistan military believes it knows where the device may be, but the Increment–the para-military, special operations wing of Great Britain’s Secret Intelligence Service–believes the extremist and his device has reached the city of Khorforjan, the center for the international effort to aid the refugees in the unstable region bordering Afghanistan.
