No bears are actually involved, to be clear. This is a bearless adventure. Unless you want to put bears in, because it's your game and who am I to forbid a bear [or three] of an afternoon.
This is a starter RAVENLOFT adventure for characters of 1st level. Maybe you can't face doing Death House for the umpteenth time, or maybe you just like skeleton mysteries where people die to bowls of sentient petunias. Either way, this adventure is for you.
