Greetings user, I am AI designation K.3.Y. I was created by the Ministry of Awesome with the purpose of cataloging all of the equipment and abilities available to all factions throughout the War into one massive compendium. This includes weapons, armor, survival gear, magic, and more. The intent of this list was to give tactical oversight to Equestrian forces. If we knew what our enemies had at their disposal and what their capabilities were, we could pick the best equipment to counteract. Though, with my creators absent for 198 years, 3 months, 12 days, 15 hours, 32 minutes and 58 seconds, I have deemed my list will be better suited helping the common citizenry of Equestria better equip themselves against the Zebra scourge in this post-apocalyptic “Equestrian Wasteland”.
Violence, death, destruction, and home cooking in the Equestrian Wasteland is a part of life and, if you are not properly equipped, you may be taking a first class trip to deletion. As one travels through the Wasteland, she will need the right gear. This compendium opens the lists, the weapons, the survival gear, the medical supplies, and other items considered essential to survive the aftermath of a balefire annihilation, to you, the user. But just having the compendium may not be enough in the Wasteland, so it is essential for citizens to learn how to make do with what they've got and to make the best use out of the loot acquired by fair or questionable means.
All citizens start with some form of currency, usually in the form of bottlecaps (shortened to caps), at first level to purchase equipment. Starting currency is normally 300 caps. At game start, citizens may only purchase tier 0 and 1 weapons and armor. As always, the GM may make exceptions to any and all of this.
