From the introduction:
Off the coast of Sharoom (or whatever continent your campaign takes place on) there is a farming community on Autumn Island. The shores are rocky and sharp, and the waves come crashing high into the air during storms, but strangely the soil of Autumn Island is extremely fertile. The people of Autumn Island are rather shut in, and rarely visit the mainland.
