From the introduction:
The lure of possible wonders drew a Dustdigger expedition to seek the rumored underground Menagerie of an ancient mage. No one has heard from them since the Landstraad four years ago. Now adventurers are needed to discover the lost expedition’s fate and retrieve what it found - if there’s a ghost of a chance! However, dead men tell no tales; or do they?
