Following the design philosophy of Pathfinder Unchained and the previous Winning Warrior classes, the WW Monk has a small ki pool at level 1, which expands at higher levels and recovers rapidly!
Unlike the Fighter and Barbarian, though, the Monk has the ability to expend his ki pool, reducing his maximum ki for the day for ever-greater benefits in the short term!
