Description

From publisher blurb:

Don’t Enter the Mouth of Doom!

Designed for 4–6 characters of levels 1–3 for Dungeon Crawl Classics

Rappan Athuk, aka The Dungeon of Graves or The Dungeon of Death, is a legendary subterranean network of horror stretching into the darkest depths of the world. Only the cleverest and most resilient of adventurers will survive.

Rappan Athuk – The Mouth of Doom is the “first bite” of this huge, world-famous campaign, redesigned by Frog God Games and Kaizoku Press for Dungeon Crawl Classics.

The volume features three adventures/scenarios that can be used as a mini-campaign set in and around the famous megadungeon or as source material for any DCC campaign.

This book includes:

• The Mouth of Doom. One of the many entrances to “The Dungeon of Graves,” The Mouth of Doom is an underground complex built under a forest for mysterious ends. Although not the deadliest area of Rappan Athuk, its many unique encounters will surely challenge your characters.

• Zelkor’s Ferry. Built near Rappan Athuk, the village of Zelkor’s Ferry is a great resource for those selling loot, seeking to rest, or just gathering information about the Dungeon of Death. Zelkor’s Ferry is a very detailed location perfect for adventures, with many characters and events that can be a fantastic addition to any DCC campaign.

• Castle Calaelen. Built centuries ago near the Dungeon of Death, Castle Calaelen is now a monster-infested ruin. What secrets does it hide? Can it be repaired? What’s its connection to Rappan Athuk? This scenario is perfect for introducing Rappan Athuk to your players and can be used in any DCC campaign needing a dangerous, abandoned place waiting to be explored.

The volume also includes 7 maps!
