The Old Wizard's Tower: The Dragonmaw Chronicles

From the introduction:

As you crest the latest hill, you see a Tower situated at the top of the next hill, not far away. The tower seems to be very old and in disrepair. It looks to be about 4stories tall with parapets crowned with gargoyle statues. Blocks seem to be missing and windows seem to be broken. The bottom floor has a single Door in its side. The second floor seems to have multiple widows around its perimeter. The third floor has windows and a single stone balcony. The fourth floor seems to have more widows but all that you can see seem shuttered and dark.

A broken down stable sits on the side of the tower, having fallen down long ago. The area seems very quiet and still, as if waiting for something...
