Description
A set of extra cards, activated with any 3 small tokens, provides unique benefits that might affect characters, tokens, or torii. Only a single card is available to each player, though, so the decisions vary from play to play.
Each player receives 2 random cards during setup and chooses 1 to keep during the game. This card may be activated by placing any 3 small tokens on it.
Card abilities vary from gaining more tokens in certain situations to hiring characters for fewer tokens.
The card's benefit happens every turn, as long as the card has 3 tokens on it. Tokens may be swapped, but if there are ever 5 matching small tokens (including on the Matcha card), they must be turned in for a large token.
