Description

From publisher blurb:

HE LOVES PEACE SO MUCH THAT HE'LL FIGHT FOR IT!

United States Diplomatic Envoy Christopher Smith is renowned for his devotion to negotiating peaceful resolutions to conflicts around the world. When diplomacy fails, however, he picks up an arsenal of highly advanced weaponry, dons an advanced suit of battle armor, and sets about ending conflict through force as the mysterious Peacemaker!

The Original Peacemaker from NUELOW Games collects five of the original tales that inspired the Peacemaker character seen in the Warner Bros. movies and television series of recent years. They first appeared in seperate issues of The Fighting Five and The Peacemaker, published in 1967 by Charlton Comics. These stories have taken on a new relevance with the current conflicts in Europe.

In addition to the classic comics, The Original Peacemaker contains OGL d20 System adaptations of the Peacemaker's battle armor and some of his favored weaponry, along with two new complimentary feats. Also included is a series of tables that will help spur the imaginations of Gamemasters when it comes to creating opponents and adventures for player characters who will be called upon to stop conflicts that might otherwise exact a terrible price from the world. This never-before-published material is by veteran game designer Steve Miller, whose work has appeared in literally hundreds of released from Wizards of the Coast, Decipher, White Wolf, West End Games, TSR Inc., NUELOW Games, and others.

As a bonus treat, and to invoke the classic comics in which the Peacemaker comics originally appeared, this book includes a page of puzzles by A.W. Nugent
