User Summary
This game is a simulation of multiple nations trying to build bridges between each other. The nations must search, drill and trade for 3 different kinds of oil. In order to prosper a nation needs the kind of oil that can only be drilled for in the other nation. Stagnant economies will activate A nations' "Computer assisted Defense" system. This system will cause conflict with the other side for a short period of time. Communication between the countries are through a limited computer "Hotline". The game can be played either cooperatively or competitively. In coop mode the object is to build the bridge as quick as possible. In competitive mode the winner is the nation that adds the last brick to the bridge.

The game can be played hotseat style by two players on one computer or by up to four players on two connected computers.

Two map/game boards with erasable makers, Two player's guides and an Instructor's guide originally came with the game.
