This is a straight out dungeon crawl. I've offered a batch of adventure hooks if you need them. But my thought process on this one is a simple crawl, but with potential to have lasting effects for future games.
There is a statuette that is a collector item, stolen personal letters from a young, impressionable noble lady and a weird bear creature terrorizing those villagers who can never seem to take care of themselves. There are plenty of interesting hooks to hang your GM hat on.
