The adventurers are rescued from a sinking ship by a group of Moonsea Region town guards who need heroes. Their villages are cursed by a plague. Luckily, they know of a fables island, the Realm of the Brand, where ancient healers can concoct healing potions for diseases just by descriptions. Unfortunately there's supposed to be danger and cannibalism on the island. Will the heroes survive the dangers of the Realm of the Brand to heal the people of the Moonsea Region?
This two hour adventure is for Tier 1 players.
