User summary:
The PCs must move a vital piece of computer equipment from a top-secret base just outside London to a top-secret base somewhere in Kent. It gets lost during transportation. The search will take the PCs to a crowded hat fair where they will discover a number of oddball characters. The McGuffin is hidden inside a red hatbox and the hat fair is full of red hatboxes. The PCs must find the correct hatbox before the enemy agents do.
