Near the equator, on the eastern edge of the Pacific Ocean lies Noble Isle. Volcanic, jungle-clad, home to numerous fumaroles and protected by extensive coral reefs, Noble Isle holds many secrets. Most notably is the race of beast people created long ago by the infamous Victorian medical surgeon Doctor Moreau. Even by the 1920s the legacy of his research live on, worshiping Cthulhu in their basalt caverns. But they are not the only inhabitants of Noble’s Isle for there is a new Moreau, aided by one of the Cthulhu Mythos’ most advanced interstellar visitors. Together they are creating a new species of animal abominations, for a greater purpose, or so the new Moreau has been told.
