It is believed that this is the marker for the tomb of an ancient Juralian emperor known to be the last owner of the Scepter of the Sands. The Scepter of the Sands is an ancient Juralian artifact known to posses great powers and dangers. It is said that one who holds the Scepter holds the power of the gods.
