The Riot Act (5E)

The Riot Act is an urban adventure for 4 characters averaging 2nd level, set in the city of Bard’s Gate.

It highlights several of the city’s locations, especially those in the Bridge district. A mixture of encounters includes roleplaying, investigation, dungeon crawling, stealth, and combat. The adventure does not require any specific classes or races, though bards and rogues may be useful given the nature of their special abilities. It is assumed that the PCs are sympathetic to the Lyreguard or other agencies that serve the interests of Bard’s Gate — or at the very least that their loyalty can be purchased for a few gold coins.
