The Rise of Tiamat: Monstrous Uprising

This adventure expands upon a plot hook given in the "Additional Encounters" section of The Rise of Tiamat, but can also be easily adapted for play in a campaign set outside of the DDEX01 - Tyranny of Dragons questline. Within, the heroes face off against a group of opportunistic kobold outlaws who are taking advantage of the panic on the Sword Coast.

The quest is split between two locations. At Helmbreaker Mines, the heroes will fight their way through Kobolds and Half-Dragons on a subterranean dungeon crawl. Then proceed to Ruined Cliff, a Lizardfolk settlement rife with roleplaying and intrigue.

Monstrous Uprising is a 4-6 hour adventure for 7-8th level characters.
