One record is of particular hope, a knight known as Sir Green stood against the Wolf in the Sky for ten years, falling only when the castle finally fell, and with it all hope of freedom. It is said his sword would burn with holy green fire, which would scare and wound the wolves terribly. If you could only find this, or any such sword, it would be a great boon to your quest.
