He stands beyond the glowing altar, only he looks quite different than before. He is larger, 10 foot tall, and sword-like spines have burst through his robes up his arms and back. Horns protrude from his forehead and, as he smiles at you, you see rows of sharp pointed teeth...
This is a one-shot adventure in which the the players must venture to the Shrine of Infinite Branches and prevent the return of an ancient evil, all while trying to tell friend from foe! The adventure plays out in a number of different ways depending on the player's choices; will they release the demon lord or prevent his return?
This adventure is intended for four level 5 players and is expected to take around five hours.
