User Summary
Taking on the role of Spymaster and carrying out espionage missions in a cyberpunk themed game, The Solitaire Conspiracy is a solitaire strategy card game with a unique, neon color pallet. Based on the traditional card game Solitaire, players work for a renowned group of elite spies in an agency known as Protego. By wielding the C.A.R.D.S. and learning the specific powers of each agency crew, players take on a supervillain and protect their allies throughout an engaging story of twists and turns where it is unclear if anyone can be trusted.
The core gameplay is Solitaire, but turned on its head. The face cards have special abilities unique to each crew. The story mode acts as an introduction to the game's mechanics, but the game also provides two other modes to play. Countdown is an endurance based game where the player is presented with waves of unique decks. Skirmish allows players to play with any unlocked crew decks.
The game features FMV cutscenes and a unique soundtrack created by Jon Everist.
