The Spellguard have a long history in the North. Once the mystical guardians of Silverymoon and the Silver Marches, they now traverse the Sword Coast trying to restore the reputation of Silverymoon.
Although no longer tied directly to Silverymoon, they still draw their strength from the ancient Mythal that resides within the Gem of the North.
