From publisher blurb:
A Desert-Themed Adventure for Player Levels 6 to 8
Intendd For Use with Most Fantasy Roleplaying Games
Greetings adventurers and Game Masters!
I am pleased to announce the release of the third book in my OSR Series of adventure scenarios, THE TOMB OF TOMES. In this adventure your players will be exploring the recently uncovered ruins of the final resting place of a renowned scholar from antiquity, the Librarian of the court of the fabled Last Sharif of the Parched Desert. Players whill be searching for her vast library, rumoured to hold rare and magical tomes. However, the Librarian has no intention of giving up her treasures easily, and invaders must face her her deadly traps and minions before coming face to face with the undead Librarian herself, who holds the keys to her ancient respotiory of knowledge. The adventure is intended for 4 to 6 veteran adventurers of levels 6 to 8, and is written to be rules agnostic so that it may be used with most fantasy roleplaying games. This adventure was written for use with older versions of the world’s oldest roleplaying game, but it is easily modified to be played with most fantasy rulesets. Minimal OSR statistics are included in the text of the adventure, but the book includes an appendix with a complete OSR statistic block for the new monster encountered here, the Dungeon Trapper. This adventure may be played as a one-shot or can be used as a sequel to the Starry Knight Press adventure SOS3 The Sharif's Observatory (intended for PCs levels 2 to 4).
Synopsis: Rumours speak of a tomb in the desert which held a wealth of knowledge, the library maintained by the court Librarian of the Last Sharif. A dust storm has uncovered an old crumbling catacomb which locals believe to be the librarian’s resting place. Will you claim her books?
