The Empire of Mhonhor is in trouble. The King Erog IV has taken a host of Mages and soldiers to battle the hordes of Vecna, and the Regent is left in charge of the Empire with very few powerful Adventurers to protect it in these strange times.
Keltonius Archmage has not responded to this summons. A Church Guard has been sent out to investigate his circumstances and have not returned. The Player Characters will have to uncover what Keltonius has tried to do and complete his work without knowing why or how he has attempted to alleviate Mhonhor’s problems.
