The University Quarter

The University Quarter is the home of Tedora University of the Arcane. It is the most diverse of the city districts, as students, teachers, guest lecturers and others gather there from around the continent and even from other planes. The campus sprawls across multiple city blocks to include the student residences, offices, etc. However, the classrooms are all located in a tall window-less tower which is visible from almost everywhere in the city. The various levels of the tower are accessible only by teleportation circle on the ground floor.
