This issue complements Issue 6 which included significant rules suggestions and changes for CoC 5e. Material left out from that issue is presented here. It also has one of the first mentions of Delta Green, presented as an organization in the "Convergence" scenario included. That scenario is also notable for having a sound file available online for use in the game, one of the earliest such supplementary materials of that kind.
