The delicate green stems of the Tser flower field blacken and bend as a more primal sap flows upward from the ground. The once-white flowers bleed, painting the peaceful field a bloom of red. The ancient standing stones sway and crack, the earth shakes… Something is wrong… Has the ritual failed?

The Roots of Evil is an amendment to Vines of Wrath in which the party must deal with the curse of the Gulthias Staff. While it works better within the scope of the Vines of Wrath, it may also be used as a stand-alone product.
