The Whirl is a rules-light universal RPG system for connecting one-off adventures.
These rule system and setting have been especially conceived for groups playing mostly one-shots as a means to allow players to carry and use the same character over different adventures, settings and genres with no other adjustment needed: simplicity was both a requirement and a goal.
The Whirl was written for Virtuacon 2015 One Page RPG contest.
