Description

From publisher blurb:

Women have an impact of table top gaming, both at the table and as characters in the game itself. Ignoring them is among the worst strategies for any game master, so how do you address the differences?

Rather than give vague nonsense, the folks at Board Enterprises decided to tackle this subject despite all the political correctness surrounding it. What this supplement (and the Game Masters edition) provide is real world advice for handling new players (of any gender) and mature approaches to the handling of mature subjects within the game. With decades of experience running various FRPGs and gaming groups that have included women of various ages, we can help coach you through some of the differences, and all of the similarities, between gamers of both sexes.

But that’s not all! Coming up with female NPCs that are both fun for the players and make sense can be difficult. We have tons of those ideas too. How to explain why the woman warrior is as strong as she is and/or as powerful as she is. Tips on handling the players are important, but you want some game content too! We’re not going to slack off there!

If you’re looking for a ton of new ideas, ideas you can easily use in your existing game world or use to craft a new game world, then Small Bites is what you’re looking for. Our goal is to take a subject, whether an archetype, a monster class, or some other FRPG theme and bring you as much content about it as we can. But this isn’t a simple one-shot supplement. We want to get you involved in the process - giving us the themes you want most, the articles you like the best, and the feedback we need to make you happy.

This is the “World Walker” edition. The Game Master edition gives you even more, including ideas about campaigns, enemy characters, and world building. We know that veteran and starting players and game masters are all going to find things they can use, and ideas to spark their characters, campaigns and game worlds! Come on - You’ve got nothing to lose!
