An outbreak of a deadly disease in a remote section of the planet Ekor means an opportunity for the heroes to serve a greater good while making a few credits on the side. Hired to provide aid and protection to a medical mission, they find themselves at the mercy of the elements, skittish natives, and a threat even worse than the disease: a group of militants that has decided that outsiders aren't welcome in their territory, and are willing to do something about it.
