There are rumors that a war will break out at the hands of the empire because neighboring kingdoms have refused allegiance and submission. One threat is the most recurrent, the river that flows from the empire to the other kingdoms would be poisoned on its frontier, affecting all that are later in its course. The kingdoms have stationed armies on the borders to ensure this is not done, heated meetings are constantly taking place. The crown of one of the kingdoms that can be most affected believes that the empire will do so in a more discreet way and involving arcane spells.
