Description
What begins as a good old-fashioned troll bash takes a sinister turn when the villains turn out to be more than they should. Whoever heard of a troll using magic? And how did these trolls get so smart? Your players discover lairs, traps, tricks and clues that lead them to a final showdown with the true villain of the story. This little mystery is a fun side quest to add to your larger campaign, or can be run as a small standalone adventure.
This module takes a party of four or five characters up one level, with the starting level being anywhere from 4th to 6th. Encounter descriptions include monster options, allowing the DM to scale as needed.
