Description

Tiers-Mondopoly is an educational game about farming in the Third World. The players represent farmers from Peru. The goal of the game is to survive on the income of your own farm and, if possible, gain more prosperity.

Each game round represents one year in the life of the farmers. At the beginning of each year, every player chooses which crops he wants to grow on his fields. Then the climate is determined by a dice roll. Each climate has different effects on the yield of the crops.

On his turn, a player rolls a die and moves that number of spaces around the board. The players encounter different events that affect their farming business positively or negatively. Some events affect all players.

At the end of each year, each player calculates his profit or loss and the next round begins. After six rounds, the most profitable farmer wins.
