Greetings adventurers and Game Masters!
I am pleased to announce the release of the eighteenth book in my Old School Series of adventures, TOADY TROUBLE. In this scenario your players will take on the personae of aspiring heroes investigating troubling activity in a nearby swampy region of their island home. It seems a local tribe of frog-people, known as batrachians, have been raiding homesteads and stealing livestock over the last fortnight. Their purpose in doing so is unclear, but the local Sheriff, Clem Jango, seeks the assistance of “professional adventurers” to get to the bottom of this problem and stop the thefts (Hint: there may be a juvenile dragon involved!). This introductory adventure is intended for 4 to 6 players of levels 1 to 3, and it offers GM's a great way to begin a new campaign in an island setting.
Synopsis: Willowsden is a remote Lawful outpost on the Veridian Isles, established to aid the soldiers of Fort Defiance, who work tirelessly to keep the corsairs of nearby Port Grand in check. The villages are a tough breed and not easily spooked; but recently events have them troubled. It seems someone or some “thing” has been making off with the livestock from the local farms. The Sheriff has asked for your help.
Will you track down these thieves and bring them to justice?
