Greetings adventurers and Game Masters!
I am happy to announce release “TOMB OF THE DRAGON LORD”; a mid-level one-shot adventure fantasy adventure intended for 4 to 6 seasoned adventurers of levels 2 to 4.
Synopsis: In this adventure your players are approached by a village sheriff who requests their aid.
A band of raiders from the north have laid siege to the village; the raiders are demanding the return of an ancient artifact (a golden dragon egg) they claims was stolen from their people by a long dead laird of these lands. This long dead sovereign is buried in a nearby barrow, and the sheriff (the laird’s direct ancestor) asks for the player’s help in retrieving said artifact.
A lot is riding on the players completing their quest, for if they do not return the artifact in time the barbarians sitting in the harbour have sworn to raze the village. Reinforcements won’t arrive in time to save the day, so it’s all down to our heroes. The players must travel to this ancient barrow mound, defeat its guardians and return with the egg to avert this war.

This module is part of a new series of “generic” adventure from Starry Knight Press, written to be system agnostic and usable with OSRIC (& other OSR games), compatible with D&D 5E, and useable with any fantasy ruleset.
While aiming to offer a non-rules specific module, we do include Monster Statistic Blocks for both OSRIC and 5E in the appendices, to be useful to the majority of our readers. However, the GM will still need to refer to their gaming manual of choice for complete monster statistics and treasure descriptions.
