Toolaroo (NPC Shop Owner)

Toolaroo is a cheerful and generous human shop owner who takes pride in providing adventurers with the supplies they need. He inherited his father's shop and considers it his family's legacy to keep it well-stocked with all the necessary equipment. As a recurring NPC, Toolaroo could offer quests and supplies to adventurers in exchange for their help, or serve as a source of information about the local area and its dangers. The Dungeon Master could use Toolaroo to facilitate a variety of quests and provide a helpful ally to the party.
