Description
Tortoise & Hare is a racing game that uses two decks of standard cards. The goal is to reach 100 points.
On a turn a player turns over one card and then may turn over more, but if a face card is drawn they bust.
When a player reaches 100 points they may stop or continue. When a player does stop the other players have one more turn to try to beat them.
The winner gets antes and penalties from a pot, but the rules do not state to what end; presumably one plays a number of rounds and then the player with the most chips from these pots wins the overall game.
