Description

From the back cover:

Issue 5 of Tortured Souls! contains the following scenarios:

Gollush Glum-Drum's Mystical Garden: The party is called to the assistance of a village under attack from a small dog-headed humanoids, and traces the miscreants to a local shrine. Even seasoned veterans should be cured of kobold-bashing in the ensuing chaos of this insane floorplan-based scenario (mindless hack-and-slay in the best tradition for AD&D or Basic!)

Crypt of the Damned: A high level scenario for AD&D/Expert. Is it merely local superstition that gives the crypt its name and reputation, or is there some sinister explanation behind the recent disappearances? Includes two alternative endings endings, plus amendments for lower level play. (Can be played in 3D with a special Torchlight fantasy products dungeon pack now available)

The Black Hawk: This issue features a double-length scenario from the Zhalindor Campaign (a challenging series of independently playable pull-out modules for experienced AD&D players). A medium level party adventuring in the uncharted islands south-west of Nerria face danger from all sides. Will they be able to find the hero's tomb and obtain the help they need?

Pygmy Island: A solo role-playing adventure for complete beginners. Command a party of six adventurers, cast powerful magic spells, fight with hideous monsters and make life-or-death decisions in your quest for the legendary treasure. All you need are pencil and paper and a six-sided die to brave the perils of Pygmy Island. Includes advanced versions for AD&D/Basic.
