The Trance Vibrator was a USB-powered vibrator that was sold together with the Playstation 2 release of the psychedelic rail-shooter REZ.
Its only function is that it will vibrate together with the rhythm, just like the controller does (but with a different rhythm).
Due to its name, shape and funtion, jokes on "how to use" are many, and some consider it to be the most hilarious game peripheral ever.
