Nature itself is twisted by the corpse of Morganath the dragon: blights stand vigil over her remains. Human treasure hunters have gone missing: they are now feral mutants enslaved by kobolds. This savage tribe of kobolds — the chosen among them granted wings — serve Ningal, a lizardfolk shaman that pledges to continue spreading Morganath’s sickness and dread even after her demise. Yet the dragon herself lingers on in a spectral form, filled with rage and yearning for revenge.
