[The] PCs are travelling with their spaceship to Neorian orbiting station, hoping to sell Globrons, exotic and rare fruit of far away galaxy, to the best bidder. They dock, and at the point of goods unloading a cop come closer to the Globrons. He takes a fruit and starts eating without asking anything. He’s a braggart in search of excuses to annoy PCs.
PCs can let him do this, maybe Globrons aren’t so legal here, or they can try to stop him. In every case, he will find an excuse to hit them with Electric Cosh. Other cops arrive, maybe there is a fight, but the spaceship and Globrons are sequestered. PCs are arrested.
