Trouble with Kobolds

In the village of Hilltop, the townsfolk say that strange lights have begun to appear in an abandoned military tower on the bluffs. Local farmers have been investigating missing livestock and a half orc farmer has discovered mutilated animal parts along the river in the nearby wood. Locals are also in a fright because a young woman has gone missing. Her father, a Chultan Wizard, has not returned from searching. Can players find the cause of all these strange happenings and lift the dark cloud that has befallen Hilltop?
