Description

“Long ago, in a time lost to a shroud of memory, there was a land of magic and nature. Mankind lived among the animals in lands of great mountains and vast seas, whispering rivers and rolling hills. The rich forests echoed of Mother Earth and we sang songs in return. It was a time of peace and birth, but it was not to last. For in the shadows lurked eyes and fangs that coveted the magic our people possessed. So our fathers became warriors. Our mothers became guardians. Our children became hunters. As we spread across the islands of Tuwa we fought the monsters we faced in our lands - and within ourselves.”

Tuwa is a homebrew campaign setting for the Dungeons & Dragons Roleplaying Game, utilizing the rule set of the 5th Edition. In this unofficial publication, you will find unique races, classes, equipment, monsters, and sample characters to create utilize in this wild setting. As a supplement to the core D&D 5e rules, this campaign setting can be used with any and all established Dungeons and Dragons options, rules and systems.

The world of Tuwa is inspired by the rich tapestry of Native American folklore and mythology. With over five hundred individual nations and tribes this assortment of languages and stories has been compiled into a purely fictional world. Though Algonquin, Lakota, Inuit, and Mayan influences are the strongest inspiration for Tuwa culture, this book is not intended to represent nor accurately depict these cultures. It makes no claims on historical accuracy or linguistic purity, as Tuwa is a fictional world.
